Working with Articles

Articles are designed for immersive reading practice. They allow you to apply your vocabulary and grammar knowledge to longer-form content on a variety of interesting topics.

Finding Articles

You can find all available articles in the "Articles" category of the main Browse Section.

Unique Features

While Articles use the standard Interaction Bar, they also have two special features to enhance your reading experience.

Audio Playback

For listening practice, a Play Audio button Play audio button appears at the end of each paragraph. Click it to hear the paragraph read aloud, helping you connect the characters to their pronunciation.

Split Text Mode

This powerful mode, available on larger screens, rearranges the page into a side-by-side bilingual view. Activate it by clicking the "Split Text" button on the Interaction Bar.

The Best Reading Experience

For immersive reading, try combining Split Text mode with Interaction Mode turned OFF. This creates a clean, side-by-side view that's perfect for testing your comprehension and comparing sentence structures, just like a bilingual book.
